Production Pay

We pay a great base and give production pay bonuses for finished work so you win for being efficient and serving the client. Our pay is in the top 25% for comparable roles in the Robert Half national survey.

Work-Life Balance

We work hard, but we have boundaries. Staff accountants can choose their hours between 25-40/week. Tax staff hours do not exceed 55 during busy season.
