Production Pay

We pay a great base and give production pay bonuses for finished work so you win for being efficient and serving the client. Our pay is in the top 25% for comparable roles in the Robert Half national survey.

Work-Life Balance

We work hard, but we have boundaries. Staff accountants can choose their hours between 25-40/week. Tax staff hours do not exceed 55 during busy season.

Remote Options

We have teammates across the US and the globe who work from home.

You’re surrounded by team members and trainers in the same role, so you’re never a solo practitioner on an island.

Education
