Our Firm is Growing and We’re Looking for an Accounting & Tax Manager
Our clients are landscapers, roofers, web designers, doctors - busy small business owners who we appreciate dearly. Responsibilities
- Review monthly financial statements
- Build client relationships and communicate with monthly calls/emails
- Supervise bookkeepers in monthly production
- Prepare business and individual tax returns - 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1040
- Provide tax planning and do tax estimates
- Assist with new client onboarding - review prior return, update chart of accounts
Qualifications
- +1 year experience with Quickbooks online
- +2 years experience preparing tax returns
- Comfortable working with small business owners and building relationships
- Evidence of supervisory ability
- Accounting or Finance degree
- Enjoys numbers and is technologically savvy with computers
- Enrolled Agent or CPA helpful, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- First year compensation $80-120k, second year $110-160k
- Salary plus incentive pay
